Www.cphmuseums.com is the museums' own website, which provides an overview and inspiration for cultural experiences at the museums in Copenhagen and environs. Here you will find exhibitions, events and special offers - from The Danish National Museum to Nivaagaard Malerisamling and from Kronborg Castle to The Vikingship Museum.
Copenhagen Museums and Attractions publishes the tourist magazine CURATOR presenting articles, interviews and guides to great experiences in Copenhagen and surroundings and also a large calendar showing exhibitions and events at the museums and attractions i the capital.
The magazine is free and can be found at museums, hotels, Copenhagen Airport, exhibition and experience venues as well as libraries and selected cafes in Copenhagen and surroundings.
Pink Museum guide
Every year Copenhagen Museums and Attractions publishes a printed museum guide with an overview of cultural institutions in Copenhagen and surroundings. The printed guide can be found in museums, libraries, exhibition centers, campsites, busses and tourist information centers.
The secretariat of the association Copenhagen Museums and Attractions was established in August 2003. The purpose of having a joint secretariat for the museums in the capital and environs is to raise awareness of the museums’ collections, experiences and opportunities by making the museums visible and market them in new ways.
In addition to the making and development of the museum portal cphmuseums.com the secretariat's work consists in coordinating joint advertising, creating cooperation with selected media, joint press work, collaboration with tourist organizations as well as ongoing marketing in general.
